1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our cleaning solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Shining Services, including but not limited to:

  • House cleaning services
  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Bond cleaning services
  • Window cleaning
  • Event cleaning
  • Steam cleaning services

2Service Booking & Cancellation

Booking Requirements

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Full payment is required upon booking confirmation
  • We require access to the premises at the scheduled time
  • Pets should be secured in a separate room during cleaning

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 12-24 hours
  • Full charge for cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows
  • Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

3Service Standards & Expectations

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. However, please note:

  • We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for children and pets
  • Our team is fully insured and background-checked
  • We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Service duration may vary based on property size and condition
  • We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, especially old or set-in stains
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot clean areas with mold, asbestos, or biohazards

4Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, we ask that you:

  • Provide clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Remove valuable items and personal belongings from cleaning areas
  • Secure pets in a separate room or area
  • Inform us of any special requirements or concerns before service
  • Ensure someone is available to provide access if required
  • Report any issues within 24 hours of service completion

5Liability & Insurance

Shining Services maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all our services. However, our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damage caused by our negligence during service
  • Maximum liability of $1,000 per incident
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
  • We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured
  • We are not responsible for damage to items with existing wear or damage

6Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (exact change preferred)
  • Online payment through our secure portal

Payment is due upon booking confirmation. For recurring services, payment is processed on the day of service. Late payments may result in service suspension.

8Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
